First meeting

Up for a cup of coffee?

To begin with, we’d love to get to know you and get a sense of who you are. At the same time, this is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have. We also like to manage expectations at this first meeting, so we’re sure that we’re on the same page.

Second meeting: Personality test

Now, let’s dive in!

If the vibe is there and the feeling is mutual, we take it one step further. For our second meeting, we ask you to take a personality test. This is for us to get a better understanding of you, but also for you to understand better what drives you.

Final meeting: Case

Time to talk business

As you might have gathered, we value a good, personal fit. So after we agree that we still see a good match between us, we’re curious to learn how you work. This is why we ask you to complete a case consisting of tasks, we solve for our clients on a daily basis. At our meeting, we’ll have a talk about the case and manage expectations in regards to work assignments.



Office space

We live at Frederiksberg in a light and cosy office. We sit at communal tables and enjoy an easygoing tune playing in the background.
