Life. 82 years. That is the average amount of years we have on this planet. Are we making the most of those years?
We spend approximately 90,000 hours of our lives working.
Are we making the most of those hours?
At COPUS, we believe work should be good.
And if work is good, life is usually pretty good, too.
So we ask ourselves:
What is a good life?
How can working at COPUS be a platform to enable that?
Here’s our take:
Explore → Create → Reflect → Grow.
In that cyclic order.
1. Explore
First, put yourself in an environment surrounded by curious people. Treat your work as a game — unless your job is literally to save lives. We don’t have to be so serious all the time. We do our best and most creative work when we have fun and allow ourselves to be naive, think big, and fail.
2. Create
Every human alive is here to create — create big, small, monumental, insignificant, more, less, and everything in between. Create together!
3. Reflect
What did you learn? Ask for feedback. Listen. Try again.
4. Grow
Growth is infectious. When you learn and grow, your teammates will follow — and vice versa. Seek opportunities every day to grow individually and as a team. Take responsibility for your growth.
